Denna ca 170 m² stora och lyxiga stuga ligger precis bredvid en av Cape Corals vackra båtkanaler och är en perfekt plats för att njuta av alla lokala nöjen i denna magiska stad. Detta är också ett av våra mest prisvärda semesterhem i södra Florida och ett populärt val bland grupper med familj och vänner på upp till 6 personer.
3 sovrum och 2 badrum drar fördel av en rymlig design och en uppdelad planritning som ger huvudsovrummet sin egen flygel, vilket ger alla gäster utrymme att slappna av och vara i fred. Höga tak, ett stort antal fönster, skjutdörrar av glas och den nyligen uppdaterade designinredningen skapar en ljus och inbjudande atmosfär. Vardagsrummet har exklusiva sittmöbler, en stor platt-tv och en vacker utsikt över vattnet. Köket innehåller hushållsapparater i rostfritt stål och en bekväm matplats som inbjuder till livliga måltider. Trådlöst internet ingår.
Huvudsovrummet har en gigantisk himmelsäng i king size, ett stort huvudbadrum och en skjutdörr i glas som leder till poolen. Sovrum nr två har 2 enkelsängar som passar perfekt för barn och det tredje sovrummet är mycket ljust och innehåller en queen size-säng. Alla sovrum innehåller en platt-tv.
Trädgården lever upp till vad man kan förvänta sig av en semester i södra Florida. Den uppvärmda poolen och spaet med ett vattenfallsinslag har helt glasats in, och en rymlig veranda med vilstolar är perfekt för solbad och avslappning i tropiskt väder. Matplatsen och grillen garanterar att det sociala umgänget utomhus kommer att bli lyckat. Bryggan inkluderar vilstolar och en tiki hut med attraktiva ljus. Den har utsikt över två mötande kanaler vilket gör den till en perfekt plats att sitta och njuta av en drink, vinka åt passerande båtar och förundras över den lugna skönhet runt dig.
Cape Coral har stulit många hjärtan som semesterdestination. Det är en avkopplande, rolig och fridfull plats. Staden är känd för att ha fler kilometer kanal än någon annan plats i världen och dessutom har den vackra sandstränder, golfbanor, en vattenpark och enkel tillgång till vattenreservatet Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve. Ett dussintal tropiska äventyr finns bara minuter bort, inklusive båtturer, delfinsafari, parasegling, fiske, kajakpaddling, dykning, snorkling och mycket mer. De vackra barriäröarna Sanibel och Captiva är enkla att nå via båt eller bil och bara minuter bort. Här kan du njuta av resortfaciliteter, förstklassiga restauranger, barer och underhållning. We had a great stay in this house. Very nice house with everything you need. Enjoyed the poolarea and the "tikihut" a lot. We are already thinking about next trip to this area, and perhaps to this house also.

Great Vacation Home
We stayed two weeks in Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity and we were very satisfied.
House was as good as it looks in pictures. Neighbourhood was very peaceful, no noise from the traffic. There was easy access to FT Myers beach and lot of nice restaurants with short driving distance.
We also liked the bikes and beachstools. Pool and jacuzzi were also great. Nice canalview from the deck.

Great Sunrises
Waterfront Serenity was a very welcome and comfortable home - quite clean and well furnished with everything we needed for our month long stay. We spent much time in the lanai, enjoying morning coffee and great views of the sunrises, even taking some spectacular pictures and relaxing in the spa.The neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe. Neil was always helpful and quite prompt; he and Keely were a pleasure to work with.

Best Get Away Ever!!!
Staying at Waterfront Serenity for over a month was such a perfect choice for my hubby and me. We cannot express enough how clean and well appointed the entire home was upon our arrival. They have actually thought of EVERYTHING. Although there is so much to see and do, there were days we just sat at the home and relaxed in the pool. The beds are all very comfy. The property managers, Keely and Neil, were excellent to help us before and during our stay. Fishing in the canal was a fun event as well. We did everything from renting a boat to walking various beaches and shopping in many of the outlets, malls, and various towns. We made so many beautiful memories and met so many wonderful people. We thank God for the owners and property managers of this home who allowed us to stay. The location is perfect--only 40 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet which we enjoyed while sitting outside at the Tiki hut in the evenings. It was great watching all the boats pass by. This home exceeded our expectations. Thanks again for letting us stay in Waterfront Serenity.

Relaxing week
The home is welcoming, modern and perfect for a family vacation. The beds are comfortable, plenty of pillow options available too! The pool area has enough space to spread out, play, relax and just enjoy family. In the evenings, sitting out at the Tiki hut is a perfect way to end the day. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal, and the grocery is extremely close! We were able to be in contact with the rental agent for any questions, and he was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back to visit.

The pictures and description of this property are very well reflecting the reality. We were very pleased with our stay in Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity, as it well suited our needs and desires. Quiet residential area, nice views and great facilities. A 10 minutes drive to a good grocery store (Publix), a 10-15 minutes drive to a selection of restaurants. Strong recommendatin from our side, a family of 4 including 2 kids.

Love this home. Neil is wonderful to deal with. We have rented this home for the month of March for 2 years. Very unhappy home was rented for next year, without being offered to us. We were extremely disappointed that 2 years of loyal and respectful renters, were not appreciated. We made sure that the home was immaculate when we left,and was well cared for while there.I cannot say anything bad about the home,or Neil, but iRENTA needs to treat good and loyal renters better. A week in the sun!
Gorgeous vacation home! The screened in outdoor area has a beautiful view, a great sized heated pool and hut tub, and comfortable patio furniture! You will want to spend all day and night outside! The inside of the house is beautiful and very clean. The management staff was easy to work with. The perks of this vacation home are the grill, pool floats, beach equipment, bikes, an outdoor tv, as well as a pack n play and a highchair! We absolutely enjoyed our time at this home and will be returning again!

A wonderful time away. House had everything we needed for a relaxing yet fun time as a family of 5. Swimming, cooking, fishing, beach time and some Netflix was just what we needed.
May be time to replace the flags out back as they've become quite tattered. Only issue we had was coffee pot didn't work morning after arrival. Had a replacement within a couple of hours!

Wonderful Christmas get away
Our stay at Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity was just what our family of 5 needed ( we stayed for 30 days). The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, lanai and waterfront tiki hut. We loved watching all the boats cruise by and seeing the fish jumping. The sliders on the back wall of the family room completely open up creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. We could not have asked for a better backyard oasis. We did have some minor issues when we arrived which the management company quickly addressed. They were very responsive to our needs. The family room furniture is on its last leg and really should be replaced. I would recommend replacing some of the finishing in the home as well such as the throw pillows, bath rugs, towels, trash bins etc Not major issues but they did show signs of age/wear. The house is in a convenient location near stores like Target and Publix. Overall, we had a lovely time here and we would happily rent here again.

Girls Trip
The home was beautiful and the pool and patio area were amazing, we spent most of our time out there. The tiki table out by the canal was awesome we would sit out there and watch the boats go by. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The response from the property mgmt was very good when needed.
