Hidden Harbor Paradise är en charmig +315 m² stor villa som ligger bredvid en kanal bara ett par hus bort från den berömda Intracoastal Waterway, porten ut till Atlantens varma vatten. Detta är en avslappnande och fridfull plats för upp till sju familjemedlemmar eller vänner, mitt bland palmer och frodig grönska. Villan är bekväm och proppfull av exklusiva faciliteter.
3 sovrum, 2 badrum och 1 gästbadrum breder ut sig på ett stort utrymme som erbjuder mycket platser du kan utforska eller rum för att vara ifred. Attraktiva franska fönster leder till gemensamma utrymmen och designinslag ger en exklusiv atmosfär. Det finns till exempel trägolv och bänkskivor av granit och huset är en luftig design med många fönster som släpper in frisk luft och solljus. Både vardagsrummet och allrummet innehåller en stor platt-tv och bekväma sittmöbler.
Huvudsovrummet är beläget på sin egen sida av huset och har franska fönster som öppnar ut mot poolen. Rummet inkluderar en king size-säng och ett rymligt huvudbadrum. Alla sovrum är attraktivt inredda och innehåller en platt-tv.
Utomhus är där allt roligt händer. Matplatsen under tak och den stora poolen är inglasade för ultimat komfort och bekvämlighet. Det finns också ett möblerat område för solbad och för socialt umgänge som vetter mot söder. Området ligger precis vid vattnet och i anslutning till den privata brygga som rymmer båtar upp till 9 m – slappna av i hängstolen och njut av hänförande utsikt över romantiska solnedgångar och av båtar som glider förbi genom vattnet.
Huset är beläget i ett lugnt grannskap i Delray Beach som är skyddad från det livliga centrumet. Atlantic Avenue är epicentrumet för “Delray Beach-scenen” och det är bara antingen en cykeltur bort (det finns fyra bekväma beach cruiser-cyklar i garaget) eller en kort åktur via den gratis skytteltjänsten som kallas The Downtowner. Ge bara chauffören 5 dollar i dricks. Uppskatta staden som Rand McNally och USA TODAY benämnt som "USA:s roligaste småstad!" och som innehåller konstgallerier, trendiga butiker, flera restauranger och barer, nattliv och mycket mer. Delray Beach är ett äventyr för de nöjeslystna!
Awesome house close to the beach and downtown. Screaned in pool was great. The kids were in it day and night no bugs. The house clean updated and modern.If you have kids the bedrooms are on opposite side of the house. I rent in Florida every year best house yet from a fussy guy. Can't go wrong.

Can't Wait To Go Back
I was heading down to Florida on business and decided to take my family with me. I was searching for a place they could be comfortable in and stay busy while I was working. Hidden Harbor was the perfect fit. Lots of space inside to spread out and even more space outside. The pool is screened in so we avoided the bug bites (especially during the late night swims). We also enjoyed sitting down by the water watching the boats go by.
Overall I would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away for a few days. It's close to any store you would need but doesn't feel like you're in a populated area. It's clean, quiet at night and comfortable. The rental company was great to deal with too.

Had a great time and the house was perfect. Weather was great. The location of the house was great for access to the grocery stores and a short bike or walk to A1A. The house had sea kayaks but I don't know how we were supposed to get them to the ocean or down to the canal. Had an issue with the cable and it was taken care of quickly by Peter. Thanks again .... Will be looking to rent again in the near future.

We had a fantastic holiday in this house, when we arrived everything was clean and the house is well stocked with everything that you could need. The only feedback that we would give was that we felt that a safety deposit box would be an improvement, and being british some members of our group missed a kettle, but they learnt to enjoy coffee so it added to the experience. I would have also liked to have seen more information available in the house for local amenities and places to eat, but if you do your own research before you go then it is fine.

We had a tremendous time at the rental property and really enjoyed the amenities available to us. The boogie boards and cooler especially came in handy for our beach visits. The things that set this property apart was the well equipped outside - plentiful and comfortable furniture as well as the well maintained Weber grill.

We loved this house. The heated swimming pool was a real plus. We had a birthday party for our 95 year old mother and it was the perfect space for entertaining. Regardless the weather, we could eat outside. The seating on the canal added to the overall lovely environment. Convenient to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Delray/Atlantic Avenue. Great location.

Perfect for Us
This is a wonderful property - stylish, comfortable and accommodating. The outdoor spaces were most impressive, but the kitchen, baths, bedrooms and family room were great, too. The house was very well equipped; the only things missing were bicycle helmets. We walked to stores and a few restaurants but still felt reasonably secluded. We kayaked in the Intercoastal (getting the kayaks into the water is a little awkward but worth it) and were close to the beach. Our only bad luck was to have daily stone-cutting going on at a property across the canal, which put a real damper on our last week. But of course that was no fault of the property we rented, and it should all be done by the time you read this. We definitely would have returned in 2017 had the property not already been taken.

Amazing Vacation in a real paradise
My family & I were extremely impressed with this property. Everything was clean and the decor was so pretty. The screened in patio and pool area was a plus to keep mosquitos out. The house had up to date furniture and appliances and everything worked perfectly. The location was a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only minor thing we were disappointed in was that the fire pit was not working and we wanted to make s'mores. Also the BBQ ignitor button was missing so we had to use a long lighter to start grill but it worked and we got plenty of use out of it. Very happy there was extra propane as well. I would suggest they put two more curtains in living room area as one of my children slept on couch and the windows could not be completely covered in that area. Overall I was 100% happy we chose this home and would definitely rent it again next year! Thank you Lars

AMAZING stay! Perfect location. Paradise feel. Pool was great!
This is the perfect getaway for a family vacation. We were worried about flying in and not having everything that we needed for an entire week's stay, but those worries were quickly put to an end once we arrived here at the Hidden Harbor Paradise. This house had everything we needed to be able to pack very light on a plane. It had all the dishes we needed to cook for the week, a top of the line washer and dryer to do laundry, enough towels for beach and pool, beach chairs and an umbrella, an awesome cooler, and even a couple rolls of TP and paper towels to get us started when we got there. The screened in pool was a complete sell. It was so nice to be able to swim at night with the kids and not worry about mosquitos. The neon lights were so much fun. We ate numerous meals out at the tiki bar and dining table poolside while listening to music and watching the kids swim. There were pool toys and rafts for them to enjoy and we even added a few more to leave for the next crew. Sitting out at the harbor was peaceful. We didn't see any boats come or go but at least it was quiet. We loved the rope lighting on the palm trees. It was a really nice touch. There is a Master bedroom on one side of the house and on the opposite side there are two more bedrooms with pocket doors to close off that "wing" which the kids thought was the coolest. The kitchen is very spacious. A couple extra bar stools would be nice for eating but other than that, it was awesome. We even got to ride the bikes up to Trader Joes to grab some groceries. Everything is super close and there are so many fun restaurants and beaches around, especially Red Reef and Spanish River Park. If you are looking for a fun activity, look up Schmidts Staind Glass. That was a blast as well. Liked the security cameras and the place was very clean. Lars was great to deal with as well. One suggestion-I would have a guest book for people to sign and write a story about their stay. It would be a fun little addition:)

We found this beautiful, amazing, lovely house and it became our home for two weeks - we fell in love. The home was perfectly decorated, clean, and welcoming. Everything about the property was as described or even better. From the inside to the outside it was great. The location is excellent. It is on a very quiet street (a dead-end) – neighborhood is very friendly. Still a five minute walk for some shops and about 10 minutes to drive to downtown (Atlantic Avenue) and the beach. You can also take the bicycles :-) Just from the beginning of inquiry the staff at Superior Florida Rentals were awesome and timely with communications. They have done an excellent job both before and during our stay.
We highly recommend this gorgeous rental.

Great Winter Getaway
This was our first experience renting a home in Florida and this house was a winner! Very comfortable and easy living with everything you could want. The screened in pool and patio area was wonderful for eating outside and the lounge chairs and sitting area on the dock was a great place to hang out and enjoy the sun. The property and rental managers were attentive and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Incredible Stay - amazing luxury and fantastic location
We had an amazing week at Hidden Harbor Paradise. The house was impeccably clean and very well-equipped (bikes, beach chairs, pots and pans, pool toys, dishes and utensils, even a spare stroller! It was a short bike ride to the beach, there was a grocery store nearby, and a short drive to Atlantic Avenue. We would love to return.

My family stayed at Hidden Harbor for 6 weeks. SIX WEEKS!! Imagine four young kids feeling displaced and homesick for that long. Hidden Harbor was an amazing home, property and location. The only thing we were lacking was a basketball hoop for our competitive 11 yr old son (hahah!!) so we purchased one and gladly left it for the next renters. The pool, the intracoastal, the neighborhood, access to shops and restaurants, kitchen appliances, property managers... everything was perfect. And that’s coming from a spoiled NYer.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean. The kitchen was great to cook in. There were all the necessary Kitchen items that were needed. There were plenty of towels and linens. There were a couple of minor issues with light bulbs, showers and the pool, but the management came over and fixed immediately. The only disappointment was that the Lanui was not clean and the cushions on the outdoors furniture were worn and old.

This is our 4th year renting this home and after a rocky start due to some property damage, we had another wonderful vacation there. The property manager was very attentive and did everything he could to quickly fix the damage. This house is in a great location and neighborhood.

A few glitches
Property beautiful. Plenty of space. A few glitches. Roof leaked 3 times during our stay. Had my husband not seen it as it was happening, it could have created an extremely dangerous situation. My daughter and I were out late and would’ve come home and walked right through the leaking area and would have fallen on the tile. The response from the property manager was instant however. He had two contractors come out and take a look while we were there. Decided to wait till we left to fix the roof so it would not interrupt our stay. The side door was open when we arrived. The lock looked as if it had been drilled into in order to break in. The break-in was unsuccessful. The fire pit was not working which was a disappointment.

Delray Fall Vacation
We loved our trip and this house. We had our family visit for the first week and good friends came for the second week. All ages loved their stay. The pool with screened patio area and dock with huge umbrella area had plenty of use as the weather was sunny and hot each day. The bikes were our main mode of transportation with our rental car parked in the driveway, as it was easy to get to the beach or down to Atlantic Avenue to shop or dine.

Time to Relax
My family and I decided we were going to do a stay-cation. Keep it local and enjoy the Delray area. Except for going to the store to buy food, we pretty much stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool area. The kids fished, biked, and kayaked. The outdoor space was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We BBQ'd on July 4th. The inside of the home was roomy and comfy.
