Cape Coral Sunrise Dream is a gorgeous 3,271 square feet vacation home, located directly on the famed canals of Cape Coral with a spectacular sunrise view. This is a stunningly appointed vacation home with all the amenities, designed to entertain groups of up to 8 family and friends in luxurious style.

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms occupy two floors, with spacious design that provides all guests room to relax. The first floor has vaulted ceilings throughout, including the sunny billiard room with pub-style seating, bar lighting, and a large flat screen television. The living room is extremely spacious, with a leather sectional sofa and an entertainment area with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining areas are bright and well furnished, including comfy breakfast bar seating and modern appliances. Large windows provide scenic views everywhere you look.

The master bedroom occupies the upper floor and is lavishing designed, with a King-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large master bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub. The adjacent room features a pull-out sofa bed and can be a study, an office, or a convenient bedroom for young children. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, two with Queen-size beds with sliding glass doors that accesses the outdoor area, and one with 2 Twin-size beds. All bedrooms feature flat screen televisions.

The outdoor area offers amazing opportunities for recreation & relaxation. A screened-in backyard is home to a comfortable outdoor dining area, including a large table and a gas BBQ, a shaded overhang, a separate sitting area, a custom built pool with room to sunbathe, and an over-sized spa. Sunrises are an amazing sight to behold and the east-facing view gives you a front row seat every morning, with a lovely canal view. A small dock provides access to the water.

You'll enjoy your stay in sunny Cape Coral, which hosts more miles of scenic canals than any other city in the world! This is a fun & sun recreation destination and tropical playground, with convenient access to dozens of warm sandy beaches, beautiful golf courses, and a family water park. The area is also home to the Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve, where you can find many opportunities for dolphin watching, fishing, kayaking, scuba & snorkeling, scenic boat tours, and more. Just offshore are the barrier islands Sanibel and Captiva (accessible by boat or car) with 5-star resort amenities, fine dining, bars, and entertainment. There's something for everyone in Cape Coral!

*Please note that the pool cage is still missing as lasting damage from Hurricane Ian. There are also minor deficiencies which do not impact the guest experience.

a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.
3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent from iRenta
